At Katja’s Dog Treats, we want your pup (and you!) to be happy with your purchase. If there’s ever a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (pet treats), we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund where appropriate.


2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or spoiled items upon delivery

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Lost parcels (once verified with courier)

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. How to Report a Problem

Please email us at info@katjasdogtreats.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If still unresolved, please email us at info@katjasdogtreats.com


5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service. The latest version will always be available on our website.
